In Vienna, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Virginia vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 7:30 am–6 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (703) 537-5192. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is vatire.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Vienna is in Virginia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Vienna follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The service at this location went from great to pretty bad in the recent 2 years. Booking the time for the appointment doesn't mean much (except that you HAVE to be there by the time you book BUT that doesn't mean the work will be started any time soon). I came for the oil service (which usually takes not more than 30 minutes) and was told the wait time is over 4 hours! The branch manager Jonathan wasn't even trying to be helpful. Not sure if this is the trend for the whole chain or just that location.

Ordered tires through this location, because I’ve had good experiences with VTA loudoun, however I tried this location bc it was nearby so I Made an appointment to get new tires which didn’t matter because it was an entire day to get them replaced. Dropped the car off on the day of the appointment at 8:45am. Tires were still off the car at 3pm that day. The manager said that the car should be ready by 1pm, which wasn’t even close. Will be going directly to the dealer next time. I responded to the below outreach to "make it right" got a return to sender and no outreach to actually make it right......see screenshot in photo attached

Zero stars if possible. This has to be one of the most poorly managed businesses out there. Made an appointment two days prior to replace two tires. They ordered both tires to have on hand for the replacement on the day of. Walter, the sales rep, said he would call me by noon on the day of to confirm they had received the tires and to confirm my appointment at 2:30pm. No call, so I call at 2pm before heading there to ask if they have been received and he confirmed they were received. I then asked how long the service would take and he said they have a few cars ahead of mine so it might take until the end of the day around 6pm before they close. He told me that they would gladly call me a Lyft back home and I could come pick up the car at the end of the day. I arrive around 3pm and Walter and another person in the front inform me that they probably won't have my car ready by they end of the day. He said he just checked with his supervisor and they said they were short on techs for the day. I just spoke to him an hour before and there was no mention of anything like that. He said he just checked with his supervisor who just told him that, which I'm sure they've known they are behin

Terrible experience and unprofessional management.I came here for emission and safety inspections and was told to wait in a 2-hour line. When I came back after 2 hours, they refused to service my car. They claimed they did not have enough time. When I asked the front desk about this unfair treatment, the manager rudely interrupted us. The manager was completely unprofessional and spoke to me with disrespect, treating me like a nuisance rather than a paying customer.Save your time and money. Go somewhere else where they respect their customers and value their time!

I’m not sure why this location has lower Google reviews, because my experience was very positive. I called several highly rated shops first, and honestly it was frustrating. The people answering the phone couldn’t clearly tell me: • whether they even do Tesla alignments • how much it would cost • what the warranty was Most answers were “I’m not sure” or “I’d have to ask someone else,” which didn’t inspire confidence. When I called Virginia Tire & Auto of Vienna, Troy picked up. He was knowledgeable, professional, and clear. He answered every question directly—Tesla Model Y alignment, equipment, pricing, warranty, and timing. He explained that not every shop can align Teslas because special equipment is required, which is exactly why I had been calling around. He quoted about two hours. I dropped the car off—and it was actually done in under one hour. The shop itself is modern, clean, and very spacious. The process was smooth, no wasted time, no confusion, no pressure. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I’d happily go back despite what the Google rating says.
